  1. Yoga :- We teach all kinds of yoga, a proper yoga chart is followed in daily routine and our fully certified instructor will guide you at every step. The suitable Yoga plan will provide you permanent and lifelong results.

  2. Meditation :-  It is the dhyaan mudra which relaxes and energize the brain. which inturns maintain the balance between spirit, body and brain. The Meditation will be practised in batches to increase the interset level in the individual.

  3. Zumba :- It is energetic form of yoga practised in groups which increases the entertainment level and confidence. The Daily zumba practise takes you far from stress and depression One can also match the steps with other to become more better.

  4. Slow Yoga :- This yoga is mainly based on the standing postures of yoga, this yoga is mainly practised to reduces the back aches, Cervical problem, Thyroid and also it relaxes the muscles and brings freshness in the body.

  5. Power Yoga :- It is practised to energize the muscles and nerves of the body. It includes various steps that are followed one by one. Power Yoga helps to increase the strength and stamina for long time. The ladies or childern connected with any sport should practise power yoga in daily life.

  6. Acupresssure :- Sometimes a fracture whether internal or external cannot be cured by yoga, Then for them we are available with another service that is acupressure in which we press some points of the body to deregulates its functioning. Individual sessions are available for this. 

  7. Hastamudra :- In this we will teach various formation and gestures of hands that can cure diseases and also relaxes the nerves of mind. We are available with basic and professional training for learning hastmudras. The individual classes are also avaiable for hasta mudra sessions.

  8. Stretching :- It is the very common exercise to warm up but it requires proper technique and method for right stretching. We will guide you accurate stretching techniques in the warm up sessions to get the accurate results of yoga.

  9. Breathing :-  It is not just related to respiration but it is related with the whole body. Breathing is providing oxygen to the brain which increases concentration, creativity and attention. It is very essential part in childern's upbrining.
