Focus Academy is known for it's versatile various classes offering of Dance and Fitness classes. It is academy established in 2018 managed by Mrs. Manpreet Kaur, we does have experience and highly expert trainer, teacher for providing teaching and training in dance and fitness classes with the aim to provide quality experience service to mass audience and potential customer from kids,
children to adults (both male and female) may learn and practice from single to multiple they can learn various forms of dance along with it they can stay fit with our fitness packages.
Moreover, we offer fitness classes, sessions too for the health betterment of our customer to completely enjoy their activity time without any stress and tension like weight management, flexibility exercises, aerobics, zumba, creative movements for all ages from kids to adults depending on the plan they choose for from personal, individual training to group training. We aimed to strengthen the muscle with proper flexibility in doing any activity from dance to fitness and meditation.
Focus Academy offer basic yoga classes, meditation classes for adults, teenage children to ensure that our customer experience the full comfort when avail our quality services at our facility including separate batch for kids, children, female students, housewives, female professionals.
