Cardio Exercise :- it helps to increse the strengths of heart muscles, increase the endurance level. We have designed cardio exercise for the women who wants to reduce weight & burn calories.
Aerobics :- It includes dance steps with a benefits like a exercise. This helps to keep you energetic and keep your mind refresh.
Stepper Aerobics :- it is type of aerobics which is more simple and will provide you equal benefits like exercise. It helps in losing weight and increasing stamina.
Yoga :- Many forms of yoga are available, it varies according to the body type and requirement of body.
Pilate Exercises :- It is a kind of mat exercise designed for the ladies who feel difficult to do heavy exercise or workout on daily basis.
Bhangra :- It is fully energetic dance form desgined for the girls wanted to stay fit.A special timing is fixed for bhangra dance practise.

Dhol activities :- The activities to freshen up the mind. A proper schedule is set for the batch. This keeps you energetic. This activity can be practiced as an hobby.
Fitness Exercises :- Many fitness exercices are planned here. The exercises and routines are setup according to the convinience of costumer.
Fun & Fitness Gym is mainly focusing on the fitness of women. Mrs. Amanpreet Kaur is the cheif instructor and the owner of the gym, she focused on the unhealthy living style of women This is the reason she started a fitness gym for the women who loves fitness and want to stay healthy. We believe in achieving fitness with fun that are now easily avaialble & affordable to you . Our full day operating timings are for women only. We are specialised in providing light exercises like pilatte, a kind of matt exercise for women to get relaxed body and mind. We have designed diffrent plans according to the age for right & satisfying results.Regular exercise helps to improve mental health & mood. The environment of our gym is quite cordial because a good health & fitness can be acheived in good environment.
There are many activities available other than workout or exercise like learning dhol, bhangra & many more to increase the endurance level. The facility of sunday open is also available, considering the requirement of situaton. Moreover, personal assistance and training will be provided by our trainers to make you more comfortable, protect you from injuries, setting up realistic goals. We support you to make lifelong exercise habits.
