Karate :- This is the most popular form of martial arts practised all over india. Karate requires the fast moving body the stronger thighs and arms to defend the opponent. This can be also learned as a self defence for girls, to feel stronger and confident while moving alone.
Traditional Karate :- This is original form of karate which requires tough diet along with tough training this brings the stability in your mind, Outer body strength and increases the focus level. The students who wanted to increases concentration level can also learn the this form of karate.
MMA ( Mix Martial Arts) :- This is highly chosen by the students who are getting professional training in martial arts. This art form has no strict rules, the opponent can attack from anywhere and you should be fully focused on the movements of opponent to defend it accurately.
Basics of Martial Arts :- Martial arts has many benefits even if the childern dont go for professional training. Practising it daily brings patience, confidence, self-defensive skills, outer body strength and many more other skills. The student can be able to learn all this in the very short span of time.
