I am Aashish and i am yoga trainer and i began to learn important mechanics to target different muscle groups and increased my knowledge about fitness and yoga as a whole.. Although, I've always been strict with my diet and maintained clean eating habits. Now that I am a fitness and yoga trainer, my goal is to show others that what I have achieved, they can as well. I continuously pass on my knowledge and aspire to inspire the masses.

Our goal is to deliver intelligently designed group fitness classes of all kinds: HIIT (high intensity interval training), bootcamp, gentle stretch & strength, senior mobility, yoga, beginner classes, kids classes and more!
Vinyasa flow: Vinyasa is a continuous, creative flow of yoga poses and transitions that links movement with breath.
Power yoga: Power yoga is great for anyone looking to build strength, stamina and flexibility.
Yin yoga: Yin is a slow-paced practice that helps with deep tissue flexibility, stress management and cultivating mindfulness.
