I’m Dipendra, a fully qualified Fitness Instructor covering Mind Body exercises, Fitness Yoga, Relaxation Meditation, Weight loss, Life Coaching. I offer classes, workshops and one to one for all ages and abilities.
I truly believe that various types of classes like Mind workouts, Yoga, and Meditation can bring calm, joy, and an inner peace to all. I started my mindful journey after years of life's stresses and suffering from anxiety and a negative attitude. I can honestly say it was a turning point for me and it has been the best thing I have ever done. I now meditate daily and practice Pilates and Yoga daily.
With a sensitive approach tailored to the needs of the individual, I strive to bring the benefits and core values of my Mindful groups into my daily life and teaching.
